No Shortages Here!

HEBRAIC HEALING . . . If you’re old enough, you’re probably already a wise Hebrew Mother and was blessed by being raised by one. And if you’re young enough, I pray the sacred Hebrew wisdom is passed down to you from Mothers and Grandmothers in your family, or community. (Take hold of the wisdom of your elders.)

Well, praise the Most High, I had a wise Hebrew mother and I am a wise Hebrew mother of four grown children—three boys, one girl. They were healthy, happy, and strong babies! I breast fed them all, AND made my own baby milk with the recipe my mother passed down to me from her mothers and grandmothers.

I am happy to share this information with all of you, and especially my DaughterInLaw (wife of my youngest son), Aisha, who is going into her 5th month of pregnancy, and probably wondering what the heck is going on!

So, while Americans are panicking and scrambling for their industrialized, scientific, processed formulas, I know there’s a number of us cackling and snickering to ourselves—are they serious? ABBA help us. Better yet, help us help ourselves and others.

1 Can of Pet Milk, or Carnation Milk (or Coconut Milk)

1 Can of Water

1 Tablespoon of Karo Syrup, or Honey

Warm in a pot on the stove. Pour into a baby bottle. Shake it up. Test a few drips on the topside of your forearm to make sure it’s not too hot. Feed your baby. (Is your baby underweight? Coconut milk is good for naturally promoting weight gain.)

  • A cup of Almonds (blanched), a quart of water, 2 tablespoons of Honey, and 1/4 teaspoon of Lecithin for creamier milk. Blend and strain.
  • 1/2 cup of Almonds (blanched), a 1/2 cup of Cashews or Sesame Seeds, a quart of Water and 2 tablespoons of Honey. Blend and strain.
  • 1/2 cup of Coconut, 1/2 cup of Almonds, 5 Dates, and 5 cups of Water. Blend and strain.

For mothers who are breastfeeding, and you have need to increase your milk supply, there are wonderful things you can eat to do just that:

  • Eat plenty Alfalfa Sprouts. It is wonderful milk producing food.
  • Increase your whole grains. Eat corn millet and oats.
  • You can also make an oat gruel (qt. of water,1/2 cup of oats, pinch of sea salt, add honey and a tablespoon soymilk powder, blend, strain, and drink warm).
  • Increase your diet of seeds (sesame and sunflower) and eat plenty raw salads.
  • Get good rest and take naps during the day. Maintain a calm and don’t let this world drive you crazy.

Soothe your crying baby with a “Sugar Titty” . . .

Take a clean cloth, spread it out on a table and put a little honey in the middle of it. Gather the cloth, wrap and twist to form a bowl and make a “nipple” . . . Put it to your baby’s lips. Crying baby, no more.

The world and HaShatan can only take advantage of your ignorance. (For a lot of people out there, they are doing a pretty good job of it.) May you gain knowledge, but more importantly, for the sake of your family, gain WISDOM. Your life (and the life of your child) depends on it.

Until Soon!
